No damage from fires

If you are concerned over the news of "Fire Raging on Fort Hood," know that we are safe. Our neighborhood was evacuated, but there was no rush so I was able to play that old "what would you save in a fire" game for real. By the way, I forgot my cel phone charger, the dog kennel, and a check and gift cards pinned to my bulletin board. I am grateful to my friend Suzanne and her family for welcoming in a refugee family of four, plus one who'd spent the night with Cheri, Buster the Dog, and Michelle the Cat. We were back safe in our home around 10pm, so everyone should be well rested for church this morning. David has already done the grocery shopping, got a haircut, and brought home donuts.
